3-Star Furnished Holiday Home
LGîte Barguillère is a 3-star certified “meublé de tourisme” (furnished holiday rental). You won’t be able to resist the charm of Gîte Barguillère, located on the first floor of the house with its exposed timber framing. Spanning 130 m² of living space with its own private entrance, this charming gîte can accommodate up to 7 guests across its 3 bedrooms. It also features a bathroom, a large fitted kitchen, and a spacious living room overlooking the grounds. A private outdoor lounge area in the park is reserved exclusively for your use, beneath a large marquee.
The bonus: In July and August, we offer complimentary access to our family swimming pool, with a private area reserved just for you.
The Dining Room
The gîte features a large open-plan living and dining room, furnished with a low black sideboard, a glass and wrought iron dining table with 6 chairs, a large electrically adjustable sofa, a coffee table, a TV (digital terrestrial), and two rugs.
The Kitchen
The kitchen is large and fully equipped (worktop with hob, oven, sink, extractor hood, refrigerator, and crockery). You can also dine in the kitchen at a wooden table. It features ample cupboard space stocked with small appliances (coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster, and more).
The Bathroom
The gîte includes a bathroom that also serves as a utility room, equipped with a washing machine and an ironing board. The bathroom features a bathtub with an overhead shower, a washbasin, and a large storage cupboard.
The Hortensia Room
A very large bedroom with two beds: one double bed (160 cm) and one single bed. The room also features a chest of drawers, a desk, and seating.
The Cerise Room
A large bedroom with a 140 cm bed overlooking the grounds. The room features a desk, seating, and a chest of drawers.
The Écureuil Room
A third bedroom with a 140 cm bed, laminate flooring, a rug, a desk, seating, and a large wardrobe with mirror.

Gîte Barguillère is equipped with a shared swimming pool, an outdoor marquee, Wi-Fi, a television, an oven, a washing machine, a barbecue, and a complete set of crockery and cookware.

Please note: The gîte is not available for year-round rental. Availability in May and June is subject to change — please check current availability at the time of booking.
- Booking Conditions
- Your booking will be confirmed upon signing the rental agreement and paying a 40% deposit of the total stay amount. This deposit may be fully refunded in the event of a cancellation due to a justified major reason.
- In July and August, the gîte is rented by the week only, from Saturday to Saturday.
- The swimming pool is open in July and August only.
- We do not accept card payments. We accept cheques and cash only. Bank transfers must be completed before arrival.
- A security deposit cheque of €620 is required upon arrival. The weekly rental covers seven nights. Arrival is on Saturday from 4:00 PM, and departure is on Saturday before 11:00 AM. A €35 discount applies for a second consecutive week. Bed linen rental is available at €14 per bed (must be requested at the time of booking). Towels are not provided.
Included at No Extra Charge
- Baby equipment: cot with mattress (or travel cot), high chair, and baby bath — please request at the time of booking.
- Parking: Secure parking spaces are available directly in front of the gîtes.
- Bicycle/motorbike storage: Available upon request — please bring your own padlock.
- Swimming pool access: Access to the owner’s pool during the opening period (July and August), subject to pool rules. The house rules and inventory list can be sent along with the rental agreement.
