Ariège in Paris

For ten days at the Salon de l'Agriculture, Ariège delighted Paris. A very fine stand, where the many Ariège producers were able to showcase all their diversity and richness. Numerous medals were awarded: Cazaux charcuterie, Moulis cheese dairy, Chez Ménard Gascon beef, and many more. There was also the Sire hat shop, whose berets were a big hit, products made from asses' milk, honey, horses and Ariège wines.

Largely supported by the ADT, which took advantage of this showcase to promote the beauty of our department, its emblematic sites, and the gentle way of life here....

The local press gave the event wide coverage: opposite is the front page of the "Gazette Ariègeoise"... perhaps you've already met Ariège? If not, we look forward to seeing you in Ruffié this summer, and you won't regret it.
