The unusual ecolodge. Ideal for recharging your batteries, spending a long weekend with a loved one, working from home, or visiting the Ariège region for a week in summer.
The ecolodge is the latest addition to the Ruffié gîtes. Situated at the far end of the park, some 60 meters from the main building, it offers an experience in the heart of nature, at the gateway to the Ariège Pyrenees Regional Park. It was designed by an Ariège-based Scop, which opted for ecological construction using local resources wherever possible.
This unusual ecolodge is a uniquecreation to date, combining the conviviality of a yurt with the warmth of a mountain chalet. Made entirely of wood and built on blocks, it boasts large windows and a beautiful view over the park.
With a surface area of 25 m2it comprises a main room with an integrated kitchen, a small bedroom and a bathroom.
Its large terrace lets you enjoy long summer evenings.
We have chosen to provide access to the gîte only on foot, to ensure a peaceful environment. A parking lot is available just a few hundred meters from the gîte. A small cart is available fortransporting luggage.
Very cosy and equipped with all modern comforts, the Ruffié ecolodge is ideal for recharging your batteries or spending a long weekend with your loved ones. Internet connection is by wifi (the property has fiber optic), and is free of charge, allowing you to work remotely. There is no television.

Book and pay the deposit for your stay at Ecolodge using the calendar. You will be redirected to a secure payment platform set up by the Ariège departmental tourism agency.
