- Reservations become effective once the contract has been signed and 40% of the total price has been paid. This deposit may be reimbursed in full in the event of cancellation for justified major reasons (e.g. confinement measures).
- In July and August, rentals are for one week, from Saturday to Saturday.
- Theswimming poolis only open in July and August.
- We do not accept credit card payments. We only accept cheques or cash. Payments by bank transfer must be made before arrival.
- The Arget and Barguillère gîtes are only open for rental in summer (for spring, please contact us).

COVID-19 provisions for the 2023 season
In view of COVID-19 and for health safety reasons, we have made arrangements for the 2023 season. Saturday will be devoted to rigorous cleaning and disinfection, which justifies the extended time slot (11am-4.30pm). Contacts will be made outside and at a distance, to respect barrier gestures. You will be given a protocol for the use of common areas and the swimming pool, which will remain open in July and August. Surface disinfectant and hydroalcoholic gel will be available.
Services for weekly rentals of the Arget and Barguillères gîtes
- Linen hire: 13 euros per bed (with beds made up on arrival). To be requested at time of booking.
- 2-person bed or sofa-bed or single bed (1 pair of sheets + 1 or 2 pillowcases +1 bolster case)
Free services :
- Baby cot : extra crib with mattress (or umbrella bed), high chair, bathtub, to be requested at time of booking.
- Parking lots. They are located in front of the gîtes and are safe.
- Garage for bikes or motorcycles available. Bring a padlock
- Swimming pool access of the owner during opening period july and august(according tohouse rules).
House rules and inventory can be sent with the rental contract.
