The "gîtes de Ruffié" are located 3 km from the town of Foix, on the road to St Pierre de Rivière, at the gateway to the Ariege Pyrenees Regional Nature Park, in a large private property near the river Arget.
The Gîte de l'Arget (classified 2 **) is ideal for two people, but can accommodate up to four, with a sofa bed in the living room.
On the ground floor, it has a surface area of 42 m2, a ceiling height of 3.20 m, and benefits from a covered terrace under arches, ideal for a sunny breakfast in the morning, or a cool evening meal.
It comprises a bedroom with two windows (roller shutters), a 160cm bed, a wardrobe with desk and a dressing table. The floor is covered with parquet.
