Gîte Arget, Foix, Ariège: 2/4 people

The "gîtes de Ruffié" are located 3 km from the town of Foix, on the road to St Pierre de Rivière, at the gateway to the Ariege Pyrenees Regional Nature Park, in a large private property near the river Arget.
The gîte de l'Arget (classified meublé de tourisme 2 **) is ideal for two people, but can accommodate up to four, as a sofa bed is installed in the living room.

Terrace under the arcades

On the ground floor, it has a surface area of 42 m2, with a ceiling height of 3.20 m, and benefits from a covered terrace under arches, ideal in the morning for a sunrise breakfast, or in the evening for a cool drink.
It comprises a bedroom with two windows (roller shutters), a 160cm bed, a wardrobe with desk and dressing table. The floor is covered with parquet.
A living room opening onto the terrace through a French window, with sitting area and sofa bed (BZ 140 cm comfort mattress).

La cuisine intégrée, refaite en 2025, se situe dans le séjour. Les équipements ménagers sont très complets (liste envoyée avec la réservation). 
La salle de bains dispose d’une douche sur baignoire, d’un lavabo et de WC. 
Le couloir contient de grands placards de rangement. Vous avez la possibilité d’avoir la wifi (la propriété est équipée de la fibre optique). La salle de séjour est équipée d’une télévision TNT sur satellite. 
La terrasse est privative avec un mobilier repas  et salon de jardin + barbecue. Le parking pour la voiture est à côté.  A SAVOIR
