La Baronnie's cows graze in the large meadow next door before setting off for the summer pastures, roe deer pay us nocturnal visits, and artisanal producers of honey, goat's cheese, mountain tomme and local charcuterie are close by, often with the label of the natural park, the PNR, which begins just beyond our property.
